Are you pregnant and want to prepare for your unique birth experience with a tailor-made yoga program that suits your indiviual needs ?

This offer is for you.

Inspired by the methods of Bernadette de Gasquet, my yoga sessions involve conscious breathing, stretching and strengthening your body and a deep relaxation at the end.

You can start practicing prenatal yoga at any time in your pregnancy and continue until the very end. No previous yoga experience is required.

Duration: 1 hour

Tarif: 60 CHF for a single class / 250 CHF for 5 classes

Yoga Postnatal (baby welcome)

Did you recently give birth and want to get back in shape in a safe and effective way?

Inspired by the methods of Bernadette de Gasquet, my postnatal yoga sessions focus on strengthening your body after birth with a particular emphasis on the pelvic floor.

You can start practicing postnatal yoga as early as 3 weeks postpartum. The exercises are adapted to your unique physical and mental condition.

Duration: 45 minutes (to keep baby and mummy happy)

Tarif: 60 CHF for a single class / 250 CHF for 5 classes

I teach in English, French and German.
